Delivery Policy
DELIVERY is FREE on Romanian territory for orders with a minimum value of 249 Lei. *
* For destinations requiring courier services outside FAN COURIER headquarters, a supplementary fee of RON 25 is charged, the fee charged by the customer.
The customer may choose to pick up the package directly from the nearest FAN COURIER headquarters, thus avoiding the payment of the additional fee.
The additional shipping fee does not appear on the online invoice.
FREE DELIVERY for online orders in Suceava.
Home transport fee if living in a place where courier is located:
- total order larger than 299 RON: FREE DELIVERY
- total order less than 299 RON: 25 RON *
Home delivery fee if you live in a locality where it is NOT a courier headquarters *:
- total order greater than 299 RON: 25 RON
- total order less than 299 RON: 25 RON + 20 RON * = 45 RON

During the holidays, the delivery term for "on order" products (non-stock items) will be communicated exclusively by the phone operator.
Fast delivery
Fly Music delivers fast delivery for all command-indifferent commands.
'Rapid Delivery' is the default option and requires delivery of the product in stock in 24-48 hours by fast courier, except for Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays.
Order until 15:30 and ship your order on the same day for products in stock.
How do I get the products?
You can choose to order your ordered products at home or pick them up from a Fly Music store.
How do I pay?
In the case of delivery at home, you will pay the goods directly to the courier who will deliver. These will be accompanied by the invoice and the receipt. More details on the How to Buy page.
If the customer is not found at the address mentioned by him / her, within the agreed timeframe, the courier will return once again after re-establishing the customer. If the customer is not found for a second time, the order will be canceled and returned to the premises, and the customer will bear the cost of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered.
Please check the physical integrity of your parcels when you receive them from Fan Courier / Urgent Cargus in the presence of the courier and ask for a report of damages if packages show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.
Delivery Estimate
We do our best to estimate as accurately as possible when your products will be shipped. The estimated delivery date is influenced by a series of invoices, including:
- Your delivery address
- Availability of ordered products
- Your delivery option
- Your delivery preferences (example: delivering products together or when each product becomes available)
Area 0 (courier locations): 24-48 hours
Zone 1 & 2 (non-courier locations): 48 hours.
If the second day is Saturday, delivery will be done on Monday or the next working day.
In cases of exceptional weather conditions there may be delays.
Products pick-up from the Store
You can order online and pick up the products from our stores.
The availability of lifting products in the store is generally between 7 and 10 days.
Please check the availability of the products by calling your favorite store.
Package tracking
To check the status of your order:
- Log on to our website and go to the "Order History" menu.
- for packages sent by Fan Courier: on the Fan Courier website http://www.fancourier.ro using the package tracking form
- for packages shipped by Urgent Cargus: on the Urgent Cargus website https://www.urgentcargus.ro/ using the package tracking form
Invoice and warranty certificate
All our products shipped online, as well as those sold in retail stores, are accompanied by an invoice or receipt as the case may be, as well as a warranty certificate where appropriate. For online orders, the invoice and the warranty certificate are always found behind the delivery note of the courier service. Please check and keep/archive the tax invoice and the warranty certificate, these being necessary in the original in case you need a warranty intervention.
