Product Warranty


The warranty of the products purchased through Fly Music stores and on the website, except for those resigilated, according to the law, is 3 years from the date of purchase. The products are new in original packaging.

Warranty is not given for consumables: feathers, drums, drum drums, cables, sockets, tripods, strings and other similar products.

Not subject to warranty, even if the warranty term is specified in the products:

- The mobile parts of the speakers
- Liquids of any kind
- The bulbs
- The girls of the drum
- Guitar strings
- Generally any type of consumable
- Decentralized microphones due to shocks (handshake)
- Instrument resonance boxes cracked by the blows
- Bobine
- Filters all over
- Cable
- Dogs, ropes, feathers
- Neck instruments with curls, curved due to the use of inadequate strings (eg acoustic guitar strings mounted on the classic guitar)
- Spare parts for various equipment and tools!
- Batteries and rechargeable batteries

Lack of documents

The products are presented in the service units accompanied by the original tax invoice and the guarantee certificate. The lack of these documents draws the products out of the warranty!

Lack of original packaging

The original packaging is not mandatory, but the customer assumes the possible damages resulting from the shipping of the goods due to inappropriate packing.


Defects caused by current quality

If it is found that the equipment presented in the service shows damage caused by overloading, these are only remedied for a fee. We advise you to use high quality earthing sockets and voltage stabilizers. Do not use more power-consuming equipment in the same extension.
Microphones burned due to inadequate power supply with +48 V function do not benefit from warranty!

Damage caused by overloading

All failures due to overuse of equipment are repaired for a fee. This category includes speakers, amplifiers, amplified mixers.

Unauthorized intervention

Trying to repair or change your equipment in unauthorized units will cause the products to be out of warranty!

Inappropriately used equipment

Equipment used in clubs, discos, etc. which are brought to warranty with defects caused by dust or impurities are not covered by the warranty. This category includes cooling fans, internal moving parts and optical players' drives. Also, the malfunctions caused to mixers and DJ equipment by hitting parts that produce effects. No matter how burnt the party is, remember that the equipment produces the same effect whether you press it gently or hit it with violence.

Unwarranted warranty
If the warranty request is unjustified (functional product), the applicant will pay the round-trip transport fees for the products and any diagnostic costs (established by the service unit).

Returning products under warranty:

Damaged warranty products may be returned as long as they meet all the conditions specified in the warranty certificates, with the return shipping payment being borne by Fly Music. Repairs or replacement of products will take place within 15 days.
