Return & Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, with the return costs of the expedition; valid only for individuals who placed orders online or by phone. The purchased products in our physical stores do not apply the return period in 30 days.
No sensitive hygienic products such as mouthpieces, ancients, in-ear headphones, whistles, ocarins, nails, earplugs, musicians, kazoo, dwarfs, triols (melodic) and camerons can be returned.
Returns of unsealed products in the category of CDs, DVDs, Software or similar products with software licenses are not allowed.
Returning for products that were made / ordered according to the specifications presented by the consumer is not acceptable.
When returning products delivered free of charge by Fly Music, the customer is required to bear the cost of return. The costs involved with returning the products covered by the warranty are borne by the customer.
Fly Music assumes the cost of transporting porks only if the product has become defective to the customer, and the customer is required to report the failure within 48 hours.
The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered in their original packaging with all the accessories, documents and labels intact and without any signs of wear or damage, otherwise Fly Music is entitled to charge 20% of the value of the product, for any of the reasons outlined above.
Sending the return is done through the same agent / courier as the product was delivered. Fly Music will return the return value to the customer within 30 days of receiving the return.
Fly Music may refuse the return or stop a restoration cost of the return value of the returned product if the returned products are found to have functional defects due to use or deficiencies related to the physical appearance of the products.
Returning products under warranty:
Damaged warranty products may be returned as long as they meet all the conditions specified in the warranty certificates, with the return shipping payment being borne by Fly Music.
Repairs or replacement of products will take place within 15 days.

Depending on your choice, the money generated from the cancellation of returned products will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the package by Fly Music (please specify your account and your bank) or may be used to pay for another product we will issue a voucher code that can be used at any time to place another order - store credit).
