- It works based on a precision magnetic sensor
- No mechanical potentiometer
- Range: 92 dB (mute) to 0 dB (unity gain) or +12 dB (boost with adjustable potentiometer)
- No damping on the higher frequencies, no loss of sound
- The supply voltage is rectified, filtered, stabilized and doubled to 18V
- 110 dB total dynamic range using a Blackmer VCA
- Low friction bearings
- Direct output for a tuner or second amplifier
- Power supply via 9V - 15V DC or 7 - 12V AC (coaxial power connector - polarity is not relevant, suitable power supply available under article no. 7409939 (not included in delivery)
